Kriyaanvan Foundation – In a stride towards fostering innovation, has launched a groundbreaking Technology Funding Program aimed at engineering students passionate about Embedded Systems and Internet of Things (IoT). This initiative not only provides a platform for students to channel their creativity but also aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflecting a commitment to addressing global challenges through technology.
Kriyaanvan Technology Funding (KTF) Program for Embedded Systems and IoT projects stands as a testament to the organization’s commitment to nurturing technological innovation among the youth. By merging the realms of engineering excellence, sustainability, and mentorship, this initiative aims to empower the next generation of innovators who will play a pivotal role in shaping a technologically advanced and socially responsible future.
- Technology funding: We will provide financial support to help you acquire the necessary technology to bring your project to life. Funding will be UPTO INR 10,000/- per Project towards the components cost.
Program Objectives
Encouraging Innovation: The program seeks to inspire engineering students to delve into the realms of Embedded Systems and IoT, fostering groundbreaking ideas that have the potential to address real-world challenges.
Supporting Sustainable Development Goals: Project proposals are encouraged to align with specific SDGs, promoting solutions that contribute to global initiatives such as climate action, clean energy, smart cities, and healthcare accessibility.
Providing Financial Support: NGTO offers financial support for selected projects, enabling students to bring their innovative ideas to life without being encumbered by financial constraints.
Mentorship and Guidance: A pool of experienced mentors from NGTO and industry experts will guide the students throughout the project lifecycle, offering insights, technical expertise, and valuable advice.
Showcasing Talent: Successful projects will have the opportunity to be showcased at national and international events, providing students with a platform to present their work to a wider audience and potential collaborators.
Application Process
Project Proposal Submission: Interested engineering students or teams submit detailed project proposals outlining the technological aspects, innovation, and alignment with SDGs.
Evaluation and Selection: A panel of experts evaluates the proposals based on creativity, feasibility, and alignment with SDGs. Shortlisted candidates are invited for further discussions.
Mentor Allocation: Selected projects are paired with mentors who will provide technical guidance, support, and industry insights throughout the project development phase.
Funding Allocation: Financial support is granted to the selected projects to cover expenses related to hardware, software, and other development costs.
Project Development and Milestones: Students work on their projects, achieving milestones with regular check-ins and guidance from mentors.
Project Evaluation: Completed projects undergo a thorough evaluation process, considering technical innovation, impact on SDGs, and overall project execution.
Showcasing and Recognition: Successful projects are showcased at NGTO-sponsored events, conferences, and in industry publications, providing students with recognition and networking opportunities.

- Innovative and feasible solutions: Your project should demonstrate a creative approach to solving an SDG challenge, using technology in a meaningful way.
- Clear impact and measurable outcomes: Outline how your project will contribute to positive change and how you will measure its success.
- Student-led and collaborative teams: We encourage proposals from individual students or teams, showcasing collaboration between different engineering disciplines.

Application & Processing Fees
An Application & Processing Fees of INR 500/- (inclusive of GST) to be paid to ‘Kriyaanvan Foundation’ for each Project Proposal submitted for KTF.
