Duration: 9 Months to 1 Year
Kriyaanvan's 'Succeed & Contribute' Program is our flagship 'Free-Till-You-Succeed' program, where the students need not shell out any money for the trainings they undergo until they get placed and start earning their salaries. Post that, the students pay back to the foundation as contribution or a donation, their pre-agreed amount, in 10 EMIs to support the alma mater and betterment of the other deserving students in the foundation.

Kriyaanvan Foundation’s flagship “Succeed and Contribute” Residential Internship Program is aimed to provide a complementary education & a training framework to supplement the formal education with practical Industry Exposure. It is a scientifically designed course, which is delivered by the Industry Experts, and is coupled with the use of Cutting-Edge Technology. This ensures a smooth transition of the graduate trainee engineer to be an Industry Ready Resource.
The program runs from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 1 year, depending upon the aspirant’s grasping capabilities. Kriyaanvan’s office premise is well equipped with state-of-the-art Modern Corporate Labs, with 3D Printers, Logic Analyzer and Oscilloscope power supply protocol analyzer (CAN, SPL, I2l) well equipped workshop.
Kriyaanvan provides 100% placements through our Residential Internship Program and aims to make quality training accessible to all aspiring engineers across the country and beyond. Kriyaanvan’s programs are especially designed for the engineers who find themselves stuck in a wrong job or are unable to find the right kind of a job according to their desired engineering profile. At Kriyaanvan Foundation the students are provided with in-house guided training, mentoring and project based systematic learning. This helps them in not only acquiring critical 21st century skills but also prepares them for nenxt generation technology trends.
Kriyaanvan consults, deploys, prepares, trains, mentors and hires engineering students from 10 core fields like Electronics, Mechanical, Tele-communications, IT etc. Kriyaanvan foundation offers a fully funded skilling program with guaranteed jobs to youth from all economic backgrounds.
Since Kriyaanvan works for the upliftment of the aspiring engineer’s marketability and work quality, it is offered at Zero Cost until they succeed. On simple terms, the graduate trainee engineer is not required to pay anything apart from their monthly food and other personal expenses till they get placed and start working. Upon successful placement the candidates can contribute to our foundation for the next generation of aspirants which remains our primary focus.
